Shipping Information and Policy
At Eight22Creations, each printed artwork is carefully made to order. Below you’ll find details about our processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.
Processing Times
- Printed Canvases: Production and processing require 2 to 5 business days before shipment.

Cut-Off Times:
- Orders placed by 12:00 PM (noon) PST begin processing the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) PST will be processed on the next business day.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
- Carriers: We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the size of your artwork.
Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):
- United States (Standard Orders): 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days (delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and location)
Shipping Rates
- United States: Free shipping on all standard orders.
- Oversized Orders: Extra-large canvases require special handling and will include an additional $45 oversized handling fee at checkout. Oversized orders are excluded from free shipping.
- Canada: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier pricing. Customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
Damaged or Defective Deliveries
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Once verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
