By accessing this website and/or purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies referenced on this site.   • By visiting our site, browsing our store, or completing a purchase at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions and all related policies.

2. Products & Services

  • Printed Canvases: Each canvas is made to order. Slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur due to monitor settings, printing processes, and material differences. These variations are not considered defects.
  • Digital Downloads: Delivered instantly via download link after purchase. Digital files are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or use them for commercial purposes without our written consent.
  • Availability: We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.
  • By submitting your payment, you authorize us (and our third-party payment processors) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including shipping and applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, unauthorized activity, or violation of these Terms is suspected.

4. Production, Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Printed canvases require 2 to 5 business days for production and processing before shipment.
  • Cut-Off Time:
    • Orders received by 12:00 PM (noon) PST will begin processing the same business day.
    • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) PST will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping Times: Delivery estimates will be provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
  • Shipping Responsibility: We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • Printed Canvases:
    • No returns or exchanges are accepted as all canvases are custom made to order.
    • If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Digital Downloads:
    • All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are available for digital products.
    • If you experience issues accessing your files, please contact us for assistance.
  • Order Cancellations:
    • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All artworks, images, product designs, website content, and digital downloads are the intellectual property of Eight22Creations.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eight22Creations shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
  • Our liability for defective products is limited to replacement as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles, California.
