If that happens, don’t worry — just contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. If you need to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order.

To maintain the quality and longevity of your canvas print, we recommend dusting it regularly with a soft, dry cloth or feather duster. For deeper cleaning, gently wipe the surface with a clean, slightly damp cloth—never soak or spray the canvas directly. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive tools, as they can damage the material or fade the ink. To preserve the vibrancy of the print, do not display it in direct sunlight. Additionally, keep your canvas away from humid or damp environments, as moisture can lead to mold growth or warping of the stretcher bars. Clean with care and always allow the canvas to air dry naturally.
